SuponAI is an AI-powered chatbot platform. These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement governing your use of our platform and services. Please read these terms carefully before using the service.
By registering, creating an account, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
Acceptance of Terms
By accepting this agreement, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age or acting with the consent of a legal guardian
- You have read, understood and accept these terms as binding
- If acting on behalf of a legal entity, you have the authority to bind such entity
- Your account has not been previously suspended or terminated
If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use our services.
Service Description
SuponAI offers the following services:
- AI-powered chatbot creation and management
- Knowledge base upload and management (PDF, TXT, DOCX)
- Chatbot widget integration for websites
- Word-based credit system
- Conversation history and usage analytics
- Multi-language support
- KVKK/GDPR compliant privacy settings
We reserve the right to modify, update or discontinue our services at any time with prior notice.
AI Technology & Limitations
SuponAI is an artificial intelligence (AI) based chatbot platform. Our platform generates responses using third-party AI models. It is important that you understand the nature and limitations of AI before using the service.
How AI Works
- Chatbot responses are generated by AI models based on statistical prediction
- Although AI models are trained on large amounts of data, there is no guarantee that they will always produce accurate, up-to-date, or complete information
- AI can "hallucinate" — it may present false information as fact, fabricate sources, or give inconsistent responses
- The quality of responses depends on your uploaded knowledge base, system instructions, and the AI model's training data
- AI models are updated periodically and these updates may affect response quality
AI Liability Disclaimer
SuponAI does not accept liability for the following regarding AI-generated responses:
- The accuracy, timeliness, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated responses is not guaranteed
- AI responses do not constitute and should not be interpreted as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, engineering, etc.) under any circumstances
- SuponAI cannot be held liable for direct or indirect damages caused by incorrect, incomplete, misleading, or harmful information generated by AI
- The chatbot owner (subscriber) is responsible for decisions made by visitors based on AI responses and the consequences of such decisions
- Damages caused by the AI model producing responses that are outside its training scope, out of context, or misleading
- Service interruptions, model changes, or variations in response quality from the third-party AI provider (OpenAI, etc.)
Verification & Control Responsibility
As a chatbot owner, you accept the following responsibilities:
- It is strongly recommended that you regularly verify the accuracy of chatbot conversations and responses
- Keeping your knowledge base up-to-date and accurate is entirely your responsibility
- AI responses on critical topics such as medical, legal, financial, or safety matters must be verified with expert opinion
- When you detect incorrect or misleading information, you are expected to immediately update your knowledge base and system instructions
- It is recommended that you inform your visitors that chatbot responses are generated by AI and may require verification
Critical Notice: This platform operates on artificial intelligence technology. AI can make errors. Do not accept chatbot responses at face value; verify their accuracy. No liability is accepted for damages arising from erroneous AI responses. By continuing to use the platform, you accept these terms.
Parties & Responsibilities
Three parties are involved in the use of the service:
Platform (SuponAI)
The party providing the chatbot infrastructure, technically processing messages and generating AI responses. Acts as the Data Processor under KVKK/GDPR.
Customer / Subscriber (You)
The party creating a chatbot and integrating it into their website. Acts as the Data Controller under KVKK/GDPR. Bears legal responsibilities towards visitors.
Visitor
The end user who communicates with the chatbot widget. Acts as the Data Subject under KVKK/GDPR.
SuponAI is not responsible for its customers' compliance with data protection laws regarding their own visitors. This responsibility lies entirely with the chatbot owner.
Account & Membership
You must provide accurate and current information when creating an account.
Account Security
- You are responsible for the security of your password
- You agree not to disclose your password to third parties
- You are responsible for all activities under your account
- You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized access
- You may not use another person's name, trademark or identity without authorization
Payment & Credits
Our service operates on a word-based credit system:
- Payments are securely processed through a third-party payment provider
- We do not store your credit card information
- Purchased credits are non-refundable
- Credits are valid for 30 days from the date of purchase
- Prices may be changed with at least 10 days' prior notice
- Each AI response consumes credits equal to the number of words generated
- The estimated response counts shown in packages are calculated based on an average of 75 words per response. This is an average value; actual response lengths may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity and nature of the question
Customer Obligations
As a chatbot owner, you accept the following obligations:
Privacy & Data Protection
- Maintain a valid privacy policy on the website where you integrate the chatbot
- Inform visitors that chatbot messages are recorded and can be viewed by you
- Provide required KVKK/GDPR privacy notices and consent mechanisms
- Be responsible for the protection of personal data collected through the chatbot
- Respond to data subject requests (access, deletion, rectification) in a timely manner
Usage
- Use the chatbot only for lawful purposes
- Not provide misleading or harmful information to visitors
- Be responsible for the accuracy of content uploaded to the knowledge base
- Not use the platform in a way that negatively affects other users' services
Content & Usage
When uploading content or creating a chatbot, you represent and warrant that:
- The content does not violate any laws
- The content does not infringe on third-party rights
- The content does not contain malware or malicious code
- It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of AI-generated content
AI Content Notice: AI models may not always produce accurate information. It is your responsibility to verify the accuracy of your chatbot's responses and update your knowledge base as needed.
Prohibited Uses
The following uses are strictly prohibited:
Prohibited Content
- Obscene or pornographic content
- Hate speech, racism or any form of discrimination
- Violent, harassing or threatening content
- Fake news or deliberate disinformation
- Copyright infringement or plagiarism
- Content promoting illegal activities
- Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging
- Misuse of personal data
- Actions threatening platform security
- Unauthorized modification or reverse engineering of the widget code
Your account may be suspended or permanently closed without prior warning upon detection of a violation.
Messages & Data Processing
By the nature of our service, all messages exchanged through the chatbot are:
- Recorded and stored on our servers
- Sent to the OpenAI API for AI response generation
- Processed for usage analytics and credit calculation
- Automatically deleted according to the retention period set by the chatbot owner
The chatbot widget displays a notice informing visitors that messages are being recorded. The chatbot owner can customize this notice in their privacy settings and add a link to their own privacy policy.
Chatbot Owner Access
The chatbot owner (subscriber) has access to conversations of their own chatbot through the management panel. This access is provided to help them deliver better service to their customers:
- Customer service quality: Verifying accuracy of AI responses and correcting incorrect or misleading information
- Knowledge base updates: Analyzing unanswered or frequently recurring questions to improve chatbot content
- Understanding customer needs: Identifying common visitor issues to improve products and services
Chatbot owners are responsible for using the conversation data they access only for the legitimate purposes stated above and for complying with their obligations under GDPR/KVKK. Sharing message data with third parties, selling it for commercial purposes, or misusing visitors' personal data is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination.
Platform Access
As SuponAI, we do not systematically read the private content of chatbot conversations. However, we reserve the right to access message data in the following circumstances:
- Detection of illegal and harmful content: Identification and prevention of hate speech, harassment, fraud, illegal activities, and similar misuse
- Platform security: Prevention of spam, malware distribution, or activities threatening the technical security of the platform
- Legal obligations: Retention of necessary records upon request of competent authorities or in legal disputes (within the scope of applicable data protection law)
- Abuse reports: Investigation of complaints and reports received from third parties
Responsibility: SuponAI technically processes messages on behalf of the customer (Data Processor). The purpose of collection, use, and legal responsibility towards visitors lies with the chatbot owner as the Data Controller.
Intellectual Property
Your Rights
- The knowledge base content you upload remains your property
- You retain commercial usage rights for AI responses generated by your chatbot
Our Rights
- All rights to the platform software, design and technology belong to us
- You may not copy, modify or reverse-engineer the widget code
- We may analyze anonymous and aggregated usage data for service improvement
- The SuponAI brand, logo and trade names are protected
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE." We do not warrant:
- That the service will be uninterrupted or error-free
- 100%% accuracy of AI-generated content
- Specific business results or revenue increases
- Uninterrupted operation of third-party services (OpenAI, payment provider)
Maximum Liability: In all circumstances, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid for our platform in the preceding 12 months.
SuponAI shall not be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, data loss or business interruptions.
Security & Cyber Risks
At SuponAI, we implement industry-standard measures to protect our platform. However, no digital system is 100% secure.
Our Security Measures
- All data communication is protected with SSL/TLS encryption
- User passwords are hashed and stored using bcrypt algorithm
- Protection against common attack vectors such as CSRF, XSS, and SQL Injection
- Session management with secure cookie parameters
- Rate limiting to prevent brute-force attacks
- Regular security audits and updates
Security Disclaimer
Despite all these measures, SuponAI does not accept liability for:
- Data breaches or service interruptions resulting from third-party attacks (hacking, DDoS, phishing, etc.)
- Unauthorized access caused by the user's failure to maintain account security (weak passwords, password sharing, use of insecure devices)
- Damages arising from security vulnerabilities or breaches of third-party service providers (OpenAI, payment infrastructure, hosting provider, etc.)
- Incidents caused by zero-day vulnerabilities or previously unknown security threats
- Service interruptions or data loss caused by force majeure events (natural disasters, war, pandemic, infrastructure failure)
- Security risks arising from the user integrating the chatbot widget code into third-party websites
- Direct or indirect damages caused by AI-generated responses that are incorrect, misleading, or harmful
In Case of a Security Breach
In the event a security breach is detected:
- We will notify affected users within a reasonable timeframe
- We will make required notifications to relevant legal authorities
- We will take necessary technical measures to remediate the breach and prevent recurrence
- However, our notification timeline depends on the assessment of the scope and impact of the breach
User Security Responsibilities
- Use strong and unique passwords
- Do not share account credentials with third parties
- Report suspicious activity immediately
- Use secure and up-to-date browsers/devices
- Only use the chatbot embed code on websites under your control
Maximum Liability: In all circumstances including security breaches, the total liability of SuponAI shall not exceed the amount paid by the user to the platform in the preceding 12 months. SuponAI shall under no circumstances be held liable for indirect damages, lost profits, reputational damage, data loss, or damages arising from third-party claims.
Termination
By You
- You may close your account at any time
- Unused credits are non-refundable upon account closure
- Your data will be deleted in accordance with our privacy policy
By Us
- We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms
- We reserve the right to immediately close your account upon detection of illegal use
- We will notify you by email in the event of termination
Report Abuse
If you encounter a chatbot on our platform that contains illegal or abusive content, please report it:
- Provide the URL of the chatbot where you detected the abuse
- Describe the nature of the violation in detail
- Attach evidence (screenshots, etc.) if possible

All reports are reviewed. Where necessary, the relevant account will be suspended or closed.
General Provisions
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Disputes shall be resolved in Turkish courts.
Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be announced at least 10 days in advance via email or platform notification. Your continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
Data Processing
Your data is stored and processed on servers located in Turkey. For AI response generation, data is transferred to OpenAI servers in the USA.
Force Majeure
SuponAI shall not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, war, pandemic, infrastructure failure, etc.).
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
