1. Parties

2. Subject

The subject of this agreement is to regulate the rights and obligations of the parties regarding AI-powered chatbot services sold through SuponAI.

By purchasing the services, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.

3. Services

The Seller provides the following services to the Buyer:

  • AI-powered chatbot creation and management
  • Knowledge base upload and processing (PDF, TXT, DOCX)
  • Chatbot integration for websites
  • Multi-language support
  • KVKK/GDPR compliant data management
  • Usage analytics and reporting

Important: The Buyer accepts the terms of use and provisions of this agreement for the purchased services.

4. Payment

Payment terms:

  • Payments are securely processed through Shopinext payment infrastructure
  • Your credit card information is not stored by us
  • Credits are instantly loaded to your account after payment confirmation
  • Prices are as stated on the website and include VAT

Secure Payment: Shopinext provides PCI DSS compliant secure payment infrastructure. Your transactions are protected with 256-bit SSL encryption.

5. Credit System

Our service operates on a word-based credit system:

  • Each AI response consumes a certain amount of credits (words)
  • The amount of credits consumed varies based on response length
  • Purchased credits are valid for 30 days
  • Credits are consumed starting from the oldest package (FIFO)
  • Expired credits are automatically cancelled
  • The estimated response counts shown in packages are calculated based on an average of 75 words per response. This is an average value; actual responses may be shorter or longer depending on the complexity of the question. Short questions produce shorter responses, while detailed questions produce longer ones

6. Delivery

Delivery of our digital service is carried out as follows:

  • Credits are loaded to your account immediately after payment confirmation
  • AI-generated responses are delivered instantly
  • All your content is accessible from the management panel

Content Retention Policy: Chatbot conversations are retained for 7-365 days based on your privacy settings. Conversations are automatically deleted after this period.

7. Refund Policy

Warning

Due to the nature of digital services, purchased credits cannot be refunded.

Our refund policy:

  • Since digital services are delivered instantly, purchased credits are non-refundable
  • If you cannot receive the service due to a technical issue, your credits will be restored to your account
  • Credits incorrectly deducted due to system errors will be corrected

8. AI Technology & Liability Disclaimer

AI-Based Service: This platform operates on artificial intelligence technology. Chatbot responses are automatically generated by AI models and are not reviewed by humans.

Disclaimer: The service is provided "as is." The accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose of AI-generated content is not guaranteed.

The Seller is not liable for:

  • AI-generated content being incorrect, incomplete, or misleading
  • Direct or indirect damages arising from decisions made based on AI responses
  • AI hallucination (presenting false information as true)
  • Damages arising from using AI responses as professional advice (medical, legal, financial, etc.)
  • Interruptions of third-party services (API, hosting, etc.)
  • Data loss caused by user errors
  • Changes in response quality due to AI model updates

Verification Responsibility: It is the Buyer's responsibility to verify the accuracy of all AI-generated content. It is strongly recommended that you regularly review chatbot conversations and keep your knowledge base up to date.

Critical Notice: AI can make errors. Do not accept chatbot responses at face value; verify their accuracy. Especially for critical topics such as health, law, and finance, verify AI responses with expert opinion.

Support Scope: Support covers platform usage and technical issues. Content editing or customization requests are out of scope.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

This agreement is subject to the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Istanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices have jurisdiction over disputes between the parties.

11. Effective Date

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer purchases any package or starts using the service on SuponAI.

Acceptance: By using the service or making a purchase, you are deemed to have accepted the terms of this agreement.
